It is hereby ordered that all Government Degree Colleges of Kashmir division & winter zone colleges of Jammu division shall remain closed for winter vacations w.e.f. 23-12-2017 to 10-02-2018. For Jammu division, winter vacations shall be from 01-01-2018 to 10-01-2018. ™
